Jul, Ninho, Nekfeu, Gims, PNL Listening to the songs of your favorite French rappers at the wheel of your vehicle can help you improve your driving according to a recent study by a British firm called CX Lab that can give you better reflexes in the car.
According to this behavioral science study by CX Lab in collaboration with auto insurance company U Switch aired by the New York Post, listening to French rap songs while driving is quite a great idea. This study aimed to find the reflexes that allow a driver to improve the way they drive, caffeine consumption and the type of music listened to appear in the list of elements to improve driving.
The results showed that drinking a strong coffee 20 minutes before driving or listening to rap helps to be more attentive behind the wheel, having a coffee while driving at a speed of 112 km/h the stopping distance improves by 24 meters, listening to urban music such as rap from 16 meters, the music genre in last position of this ranking is RNB with only 4 meters of braking before an impact.
To conduct this study, the CX Lab company carried out measurements on 103 individuals in various driving conditions who viewed the virtual sequences of the test prepared by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (the agency of the British Department of Transport) concerning the perception of dangers while driving a car, in this test people had to click on a buzzer as soon as a hazard was identified while listening to different styles of music.
